took an hour fot my appointment to start. had to use bathroom they had no toilet paper in the building and students said they dont have any teachers! go elsewhere!

What Customer Service?!?
I called yesterday to make my self an appointment, after 3 tries, someone finally answered the phone. Asked for a pedicure originally but the students are not ready to perform this service for clients yet. So I decided to get a shampoo, blow dry and flat iron for today at 10am. The lady did not even take my last name or phone number down. I really do not like being late to appointments so I came at 9:45am no one to greet me at the door. At 10am I finally called the school and some lady, I’m guessing the educator came out to answer the phone, she said hey we will be with you shortly, didn’t ask my name or if someone has greeted me or if I needed help. I waited 15 more minuets to see if someone would come out and no one did. I left! Are you kidding me 30 minuets of wait time and still no service! I will never ever go back to this school. And the sad thing about it is that I like going to these types of schools to try and help them out.
