I have tanned here for about 5 years off and on. Regularly for about the last 2 years. Work dictates how often as I travel most of the time. I don't recall having a single experience that would be categorized as anything less than pleasant. The staff is always friendly and focused on customer service. The rooms, tanning beds, and the front/service counter area are always clean, neat, and operational. The free bottled water is a nice touch.
