A Reiki session with Brenda is so relaxing and peaceful. I can feel the energy running through me and can feel the stress slipping from my body. I have had several sessions with her; each one is different, as it is what my body needed at the time. When the 1.5 session is over, I feel so carefree and I sleep so well that night. I see Brenda to help me with my sleep, my body pain, and to reduce my stress. We are bombarded every day with toxins from our environment from the air we breathe, the food and liquids we ingest, and our work/home environments. By reducing or eliminating the stress from my body, I can feel that my body is healing itself as God intended. I am no longer so dependent on pharmaceuticals to take care of my pain, sleep problems, indigestion, blood pressure, etc. The OCT and prescribed drugs cause other side effects, whereas Reiki has no side effects.
