I started going to Aura Salon a few months ago, and have since been back three times. The staff is more than welcoming, my hair is always done EXACTLY the way I want it, and they've even encouraged me to take more risks with my hair style. So far, I'm in love!

I had a horrible experience with Jeanna, the owner of Aura Salon. She was supposed to do my bridal hair, and she canceled on the day of my wedding claiming that a "pipe broke" in a rental property that she owns. After returning from my honeymoon, I contacted Jeanna to request a refund of the $100 that I spent on the hair run-through. She refused claiming that she will not issue a refund for services that were provided. Well, I would have never done a run-through of the hair style if I had known that she would cancel only 3 hours before my wedding! Nashville brides should certainly avoid this salon if you don't want the stress of cancellations on your wedding day.
