My friend called to make an appointment for a pedicure for me and a manicure for herself. When we arrived we were guided to the service location and person. Both of us were hussled for more or better services than we booked, and they even tried to get us to each get a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was over in 30 minutes. In Connecticut where I live, I only pay $5 more and get 60 minutes of massage and a very careful pedicure. It was OK because it needed doing, but not worth the money.
