First of all, I paid for an hour long massage, but I only got a 30 minute massage. However, it was so bad that I almost couldn't wait to leave. The masseuse talked throughout the entire massage, which kept me from relaxing, and on top of that, she even used a massage tool that I could have bought at Brookstone. It was overall a very unpleasant experience. Definitely do not recommend!

I arrived with a Groupon in hand for a one hour massage and a one hour facial which is two hours worth of services. I got a 30 minute facial in an open area where the technician held conversations with others in the spa. The massage lasted 30 minutes and was more like a session to put lotion on my body rather than actually massage. I didn't use all of my Groupon value so I could have gone back again but I would rather just let them keep the difference. I get regular massages and facials so I know when I'm getting good service and less than par service. I do not recommend this spa.

it was a wonderful experience. The massage therapist/owner of the business was great and she was very professional. I would recommend any one who is looking for a day spa for services to visit there. I will be returning on my next visit to Memphis. It was like a small
Beverly Hills Spa in the Chickasaw Suites.

My experience with Hands of Health and Rehabilitation, was wonderful, the location is great, the services is absolutely awesome and I would highly recommend anyone to visit the location. It is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Overall the business should receive five stars in each category.
