| User Review - NoCredit C | Unauthorize Use of Credit Card-High Pressure Sales
I purchased a G5 machine from this Spa in July 2008, they kept my credit card on file without my knowlege. Then in August 2008, they wanted me to buy another Lypossage (TM) machine called the Ultra Conturing face lift. I was pressure to allow them to demo the machine at my Spa. I gave them 1/2 payment by check/balance in 30 days if I liked the machine. LITTLE DID I KNOW! They kept my credit card number from July 2008 without my permission, charged $6,995.00 to American Express Card 2 days prior to the demonstration. The next Day Aug 26, 2008, they charged another $3,457.50 to my card, I sent them check 1/2 upfront pay of $3,500.00. In 2 days they charged AE card $10,452.50, plus a check for $3,500.00. I stop pay on the check, I asked them not to charge my card again, once they got the STOP check,they charged my AE card again UNAUTHORIZED. Keep in mind the machine cost $6,995.00.
