| User Review - H. B | Two Horrible haircuts
I came to this salon to get quite about 5 inches of hair cut off. Everything seemed okay till I got home and ran a brush through it myself. I found big chunks of long hair that were never cut. I am not one to criticize...I work in the service industry myself...but this was ridiculous. I also have to get my daughters hair fixed b/c the stylist was unable to properly layer her hair. My daughter is upset she has to get it cut again, b/c like most little girls she wants long hair. I am really disappointed.
