The customer service at Planet Beach is very distasteful and unsatisfying. When the new owner took over, everything tanked. The young girl with Blonde curly hair and glasses is flat out rude. Be careful before you sign any contracts. Rates went up when new owner took over and these prices had been the same for years. I was a customer for 4 years, but not anymore.
