While vacationing we stopped in for a haircut. The salon was "too busy" to take us (no one else was in the shop) but made an appointment for the following morning. We arrived promptly and were treated extremely rudely by the staff. A short unattractive blonde girl said, "You must have the wrong salon." and when I emphasized the appointment had been made and a phone number given, she thrust the appointment book across the desk and said, "You find it!" When I pointed to the written appointment, she then said, "Well she's not here yet. Do whatever" and walked away. Needless to say, we left, never to return despite coming to the Island for more than 30 years. I have never seen such rudeness in my life. I strongly advise any other vacationing individuals to look elsewhere, or not bother attempting to do business here. Apparently, they do not need the business. Our experience (see below) - unknown quality because absolutley no service was given!!!
