The staff is friendly, courtious, and professional. they take the time to listen to what cut and color you desire. They are honest enough to tell you if they think the texture of your hair will give you your desired results. They run their fingers through you hair to check this. If a color turns lifts more than it should due to your your texture or what not they will take immediate stepso correct it. Case in point, my hair lifts color VERY well. Let's just say I do not look good blonde. I did not freak. I knew it would be fixed. I stayed that way all of 15 minutes before I got a beautiful color of highlights.
