As one of the owners of Massage Effects, I am confused by Joe's rating of three stars. I can understand the three star rating for the inconvenience of getting in for an appointment with Marissa or myself. Sorry we are in high demand because of our experience and it takes so long to get in with us. Our clients rebook because of this before they leave. Mr. W was also getting a 90 minute Deep Tissue for $68.00. Mr. W also gave us three stars on our Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. I am hoping he was talking about with our less experienced therapists. He is correct on our turn over of therapists as we have high standards and if a therapist does not meet these, we cannot use them. Our work is high quality! We cannot please everyone all the time. We care about our clients and do our best to make sure that they get what they pay for:)

I have been going here for years to get Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Therapy. Marrisa and Tekedra give the best massages and they are worth every dollar. Be sure you do not get Tounja, if you pay the full deep tissue price, as her student like massage is not worth it. If you do happen to get her, she has the $49 special you should ask for. She seemed to be the only one ever there for a while. Tounja told me that they were going to shut down but now that i see that they are still open, i will be heading back as soon as possible.

As soon as i walked in, i was relaxed. From the friendly faces to the TOTALLY relaxing room. It's nice to get away from time to time..and i am so happy that i went here. She is certified in prenatal therapy and i could definately tell. Rebooked for two weeks!!!

While I have had some great massages here from Juanita and Marissa, it is hard to schedule an appointment and even harder to get one. They had some turnover in the past, but the past year it has been crazy. Every time I went to schedule, a therapist I had just gotten used to had moved on. The only reason I continued is that I had prepaid. I gave up on my last prepaid visit because I couldn't schedule an appointment.

This place is fabulous. Not only do they have great Therapist's, the convenience worked for me. I was able to get an appointment at 7:30 PM.I love getting massage regular, but no other business is open when I get off work. They are also open on Sunday. That is so cool! The staff are very happy to see you and appreciate your business. The Therapist did a heat thing on my neck, which was awesome.I am in the Military and was given a discount for my service. And by the way, they are all Americans.....
