Being a registered nurse and seeing all the medications that people use to treat their different diseases, it makes me happy that Anderson now has an alternative to traditional medicine. I receive a massage once a week and take yoga classes also on a weekly basis. My physical, emotional, and spiritual health is better than it has ever been. Thank you Audrey for providing these services to the Anderson community.

I had a hot stones massage last week and I still feel great. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful it was. Tounga was very professional and wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing. I could just feel my stress level drop. I can not express how great I felt about the whole expeirience. I will be making another appointment soon so my stress level can remain low. Thank You So much.

I have had both Therapeutic massage from Audrey and deep tissue massage from Tounga at Calming Creations Holistic wellness. I'm not sure which I liked better because they were both fabuluos. Audrey found a number of trigger points and loosened things up better than they had been in a while. Tounga not only got deep into the muscles with her strong hands, but she also stretched some tight muscles.
Location is convenient and Audrey'sprices are so low I told her she needs to raise her rates.

Audrey has developed a wellness center that is needed in this community. Being a nurse, I understand the connection between body, mind, and spirit to optimal health. I have massages every two weeks and take yoga every week. Prices are reasonable and services are excellent. The minute you walk in the front door, you can feel yourself relaxing.
