My first and only time, I met and explained what I wanted, was shown examples of the color that would be used, and the process that would be used to effect the desired result. When I got into the hair, however, the stylist changed everything, and didn't do what she had promised and shown me. She then charged me $50 more than we had agreed on, and hadn't done any of what she told me. I ended up paying over $200 for a too short haircut, and awful color. I live on a strict budget and was unable to pay other bills that month because of this. I will never go back!
