    Awesome Place
    Small town feel with BIG time results! Dave has a true knack for listening to his clients and designing fitness routines especially for them. Fresh new ideas keep all members motivated and coming back!!! I highly recommend this gym for those who are intimidated by big box fitness centers. Come as you are and watch the punds melt away!
