    Too bad for them
    Well the only reason I went to this place was for Amy. She is no longer there and I'll never go back.

    Nice place nice service RUDE girl!!
    When I got to this spa I was waiting for 5-8 minutes w/out being seen then a girl comes in the door and behind the counter see's me standing there and ignores me. 3-5 minutes later she snaps at me "can I help you?" very rudely! I said I have an appt and she huffs "When" like I'm bothering her trying to be helped. I tell her and she is so rude I say I'll be right back. I go get my wallet and thankfully another very sweet girl was there to take care of me while Angela (I later found out her name) stood in the corner sulking. To my horror I found out she (Angela) would be doing my service. She did a alright job I just felt so uncomfortable. If you don't want to be nice to people please don't get a job in hospitality please. I paid alot of money for a service and I want to be treated if not very nicely at least kindly and not like I'm bothering you being there. The other girls were very very nice so if you go there and want to be treated right have someone else do it.

    Services not consistent and poor customer service
    I went to this spa for a facial and had a really nice experience, I then came back again for additional services, and was treated pretty rudely for being 7 minutes late. Although there was no one else in the waiting room, they refussed to see me. I believe I was the last client that showed for the day (battling the rain) and they just wanted to go home. They said they would have enough time even though I was only 7 minutes late and wanted me to come back the following day or the next. I couldnt believe it because I know they could have just ended the facial massage a few minutes sooner if that was the case. I refused to reschedule and will never return to this spa again.
