Pat cuts hair like he's been doing it for years. And he has. Just sit back and let the man do his thing. Chit chat optional. At this point given the demographics of the area and quality of his cut, he could be charging 30 bucks easy. Sticks to cash and keeps it at 13. Bring 20 dollars. You'll leave the whole thing for tip.
Only downside is the metered parking. And the meter readers mean business. PLan on bringing quarters or (if no quarters) look to see if there's anything open after business hours behind the bank or buy a pack of gum at the riteaid up the road.
