Fira's is an inconspicuous little family shop. I'm not sure if Fira was actually trained in Italy, as she doesn't chat a lot, but she sure knows hair. I've had my hair cut in great salons on both coasts and used to go to a shop in CC (until I got tired of the parking situation).
After trying a few local barbers I was happily surprised to find Fira, who would flourish in any salon in America. Her barbershop is not fancy but if you're not concerned as much with atmosphere as with results, you can't go wrong here. She's quick, she's precise, but most importantly she understands hair and gives a flattering cut for your face and hair type.
