A good experience. Kelly performs quality work in a professional manner. I have had two procedures done and will have more. Kelly explains what she is doing in great detail which results in her clients having confidence in her work. She offers free consultations by phone or in person. She offers price discounts on special occasions and gives discounts for multiple procedures performed. You might want to see Kelly's web site- it is very interesting and informative and will help you make a decision as to whether you should have a permanent makeup procedure(s). Kelly has several locations and performs her services seven days a week including evenings.
