So I had been wanting someone to tell me how to properly apply makeup for years and have been looking to have my eyebrows tattooed with permanent makeup. I spoke to the owner, who was very knowledgable, and she does this! With the makeup consult, she made me look better than I EVER could have imagined. She had me do my makeup also and watched so I could do it at home. I decided to make a consult for Permanent Makeup after the diplomas and her makeup skills. I just had it done and am thrilled! Now all my friends are coming in to get their eyebrows done too!
