This is a one of a kind facility. It's new to Schuylkill County. The services offered are performed by professional, friendly staff. Want to work with a pro? Anything fitness related, this facility will do it. Personal training, private and fitness classes. Kickboxing, private and fitness classes. Massage therapy as well. You can customize a complete package and get personal training one day, kickboxing the next, and finish your week with a massage. It's great!
