I am very pleased with my eye and lip liner. it is wonderful to wake up and have permanent makeup already applied. Kelly is very experienced and very dedicated to making her clients happy. I know other people who are satisfied clients of Kelly Jordan. She explains her procedures very carefully before performing them and educates her clients on post procedure care. Consultations are free, prices are not too high and she works out of several locations for the convenience of her clients.
