Spa day for my wife and I. After an unbelievable massage and wrap, my wife got a facial which she gave a big thumbs-up to and I tried reflexology for the first time. What more than wonderful can you say when everything comes together perfectly. We'll be back!

I've had a number of facials over the years and they have all been good but not enough for me to want to go back on a regular basis. This place has changed my mind. If you're into facials, you want to come here. The place, the treatment, the products, they're all unique. Within 10 minutes you feel like they've known you forever. A+

I don't write many reviews but I've been a client long enough to rate this place *****++++. I started out with reflexology about 3 years ago and knew nothing about it. Holly figured out my issues within minutes of the first session. I see her about once a month. Recently I strained some muscles and asked for her recommendations and she recommended therapeutic massge. I've had massages for years but decided to try her therapists and I have to give them 5+ stars as well. Now I alternate massage and reflexology treatments every month and i feel great.

First time I ever got a spray tan and I'm hooked. Tanning beds freak me out, way too confined. This was great, I stood in a booth in this beachy looking room and in a few minutes I looked like I'd been on an island for a week. I was told it would last about 2 weeks and I rebooked after 10 days. Get the package, it's a great deal!

When you spend your hard earned money you expect to get something for it. No wonder this place gets the reviews it does. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel like you are the only client. Holly puts you at ease and within minutes you start a journey into relaxation and well being that is unlike any other. A true health professional, she genuinely cares about me and how I can improve my quality of life. She deserves more than 5 stars.

On a whim I called to ask about a couples massage for my husband and myself. We were able to book it with Holly, the owner, and a fantastic husband/wife team Armodo and Kim gave us fantastic massages. Their knowledge and skill is extraordinary! We have been less than satisfied at most of the day spas in the area(most massages are too wimpy)not here. These are true professionals who know what they are doing. It took me 5 years to find a place and therapists worth coming back to. My search is over!!! Thank you, Body & Sole!

There are few places I take the time to review because usually they promise more than they deliver, not so with Body & Sole. The owner, Holly Walters, is one of the most delightful people you will ever meet. Within minutes you feel like you've known her your whole life and the relaxation begins. Once she starts working on you you forget where you are and the outside world melts away. She has an uncanny ability to pinpoint health issues through points on your feet and she is absolutely correct. I schedule monthly maintenance treatments as well as massage with Armondo and have started the Transitions weight class. In the few months since I found Body & Sole, I am much healthier and oh so much more relaxed. AAA+++ Thank you Holly!

I was a skeptic going in but the therapist pinpointed issues as soon as she started working on me. I'm amazed how relaxed and refreshed I felt afterward. The attention to detail is extraordinary and the recommendations for nutritional supplements were just that, recommendations. I felt like I had visited a health professional who truly cares about my health and well being. I have scheduled future visits and am enrolling in the weight management class
