| User Review - Unhappy C | Worst Salon Ever!
I recently had my nails done at Ultra Nails and my nailed looked awful, the staff are extremely rude, my nails were breaking within three days of having them done, when I complained and asked them to be fixed they wanted to charge me and they were asking way more than they should have. While they repaired my nails they talked in Chinese amongst the staff of four and the staff were looking at my nails as she was repairing them and clearly talking about me. They were so rude words cant explain and when she repaired they I had to pay for it and she didn't even do them right, polish was wrong, nail was crooked and sloppy! Seriously the worst experience ever. Not to mention they have about 10 employees there at all times including kids and they talk amongst themselves and make customers feel awkward! I would never go back or recommend, I hope they are out of business soon!
