Went for service because had a credit as first timer.
returned because of additional credit that was forgotten to be given after the first visit.,
Style on both visits, less than an hour, $48 plus.
For a salon with this image and cost, would have expected more hospitality, ie offered water or beverage?
First style, was really nice, second visit, did very little, did not really get to view back, which really did not blend in, but did not get to view till I got home.
Seeemed like the stylist just wanted to get done quickly, although she was very nice.
Back to Hair Cuttery, reasonable prices, warmer atmosphere, and have always been satisified with style!
Need to have promotions to acquire customers, both visits on Fridays which were very quiet.
