I am new to the area and one of my neighbors recommended Bangz - I regularly color, hilite and love keratin treatments for my hair. The atmosphere is incredible and every member of the staff makes you feel welcome and at home. Loved it so much that I got a gelish manicure and pedicure while I was there for my last visit.

If you go for a manicure, be warned, it is a polish change with little filing. They are not that schooled on gel application unless you want a dark color and applied heavily. Go elsewhere.

They offer everything you need and prices are affordable and worth it! Staff was so sweet and polite even offered me coffee! I'll never go anywhere else. I see lesa for my hair an she's so quick! Highly reccomend

Every time ive been there its been great. Ive had cuts, colors, manicures, and pedicures multiple times. Everyone there is very professional and make me feel very comfortable.

| User Review - Pamela D | Dirty salon, terrible customer service, poor technique
Salon was dirty- dustbunnies the size of my fist on their floor in the front window. Dirty footprint- like a barefoot- on the floor at station next to mine. Hair on floor from at least 3 clients before they swept it up.
Stylist left haircolor on my forehead- had to ask her to take it off before it stained. Even so, she still had to remove ALOT of color off my skin after the shampoo, doing so with a torn, stained rag.
I have fine, thin, short hair- got highlights- took her well over an hour to foil my hair. Did not do properly- color is uneven and blotchy, scalp is burning. When I went to leave, she passed me off onto another stylist to check me out, never said goodbye or thank you, even after I was polite enough to say it to her- twice.
Will be calling owner to have her fix my hair. Once resolved, WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
