I asked for 3 inches to be cut off; she took SIX!!!! And did it with a RAZOR!!! I looked like a homeless person who hasn't had anything done to their hair in years when she was done. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SUPER CUTS; THEY ALWAYS FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.
