I'm a single mom on limited income. I was given a gift certificate this last Christmas as a gift. I'd been saving it for a special occasion. A new job. So I called to use it and guess what - it expired 15 days ago. Now most salons would just extend it - no argument - they want the giver to feel good about them and possibly gain a new client. This group - No can help you... so sorry.
So instead - my two family members who've been regular customers - likely won't be.
