I went in for a touch up on my roots for partial highlights. Not only did they take over three hours but this woman had NO IDEA what she was doing and kept stopping to answer the phone. That is not the worst part....wait for it.....
Sh ethen had the audacity to charge me $95 for a touch up on PARTIAL highlights!!!!!????!!!!. I had maybe 3/4 inch that needed to be touched up. I pointed to the board where the price clearly says $33 for touch up on highlights and she said "Yeah, $33 and up".
Hate myself for not being more of a &%$# and walking out.
