I purchased 2 gift certificates on a special they were running Thanksgiving Day weekend 2011. I too, gave one as a gift and have one for myself. We have never been able to use them because we cannot get any sufficient communication from Claire Fey Wellness.

| User Review - Wendy M | DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM
I purchased 2 Groupons for them. I gave one as a gift. Me and the person who I gifted the Groupon to have NEVER been able to get them to answer the phone. We both have left numerous messages and the last time I called the voice mail box was full. No response ever! Very bad for me, but more embarrassing that the person I gifted to was not able to use the gift! AND they still are selling Groupons!

The atmosphere was very disappointing due to the building looking like it was randomly put together and not clean. It was definitely not a spa atmosphere. The massage had no rhythm and didn't include the full body- over 3/4s of the massage was spent face down. The facial was cream with some hot towels that were left to get cold on my face. While the owner was very nice, I have never had such a disappointing experience.

Claire was warm and welcoming, she really made me feel like she cared about makIng me feel better. I had terrible tension and stress and she had magical hands which eased all my stress and tension. I felt so great afterwards and slept like a baby! I am now a weekly customer!

Massage included only the backs of my legs, arms, and shoulders. Nothing else. Facial included rubbing some cream on my face and draping it with a hot towel. Nothing else. "Foot scrub" was a five minute foot massage. No scrubbing involved. It was NOT worth the money. I would have rated my service even less than one star, if I could.
