I just recently had my hair cut at the cost cutters in Shawnee, Ok on Jan 22, 2011. It is the worse haircut I have ever had, and I have had a lot. I had let my hair grow out for about 3 months to get the length I wanted. I also brought in a picture of a very simple cut. I left this place in tears. My hair was only about 1 inch long in length and then the stylist took thinning shears out and chopped up the rest of the existing hair...it destroyed my hair and I have no distinguishable cut at all....... Then when I left, they actually changed my tip amount on my credit card entry. I called back to complain and they told me there wasn't anything they could do, and to call back some other time. DO NOT GO TO THE FACILITY !!!!! THE STYLIST NAME IS VALERIE.....she is horrible.
