I was new to altus and had no recommendations on hair places. I found this place in ph. bk called and made appointment. When I arrived I noticed the place is connected to Firestone Tire, the owners are husband & wife. The entire time I was getting my hair cut another employee stared at me with a not so friendly face, the woman cutting my hair/owner spoke on the ph most of the time while she cut my hair. Two weeks later while straightening my hair at home I noticed a large chunk of my hair was much shorter than the rest. I was furious. So I called up the lady/owner, told her what I noticed and I went back in to show her, her mistake, she apolgized perfusely and refunded me my $ including the tip I had given her. Never again, will I return to Hari Trax
