I got a coupon for this place off of Groupon. After calling repeatedly and leaving messages, I finally got through to someone and set up an appointment. Upon arriving, no one was there, after a while, I received a call from Sandy- manager, saying she meant to call me the day before or some bs, saying that the person who was supposed to give the massage was unable to do so... yada yada.
She offered me to reschedule the appointment and get one free massage too, but I don't want to support a business that "runs" and treats their customers in this manner. I recommend sparing yourself the grief, time and money and don't use their "services" at this business.

If I could give this business a 0, I would gladly do so. The manager at this place (Sandra, Sandy) is completely rude. Her employees had me waiting in front of the building for an HOUR because they didn’t show up on time. I called several time and repeatedly got a message. They have only ONE business number for all of the offices that they have. Finally after I received a phone call back, Sandra was rude, loud, and first thing she offered was a refund check that she was ready to write right there and then. Not an apology? Not offering to reschedule? Just a check and told me that she has clients waiting and that I was liar because someone was there the whole time. Then she got angry and put the phone down and walked AWAY and a staff member picked up confused??? WTF??? Instead of having a nice relaxing massage, this place has left me feeling sick to my stomach. THEY ARE A SCAM! Sara and Sandra are unprofessional and I hope that people see that and close this dump down!
