I have been utilizing massage as part of a healthy lifestyle for over 30 years. My job causes considerable stress, including some stiff neck and repetitive stress symptoms from seated computer use. I also work out with free weights several times a week and occasionally experience muscular soreness, cramping, tightness, etc. I have found that Marilyn Valentino LMT at West Park Massotherapy to be the best practitioner I have ever encountered. The entire staff is superb and the facility absolutely first class. Cost is more than reasonable for the top quality value received. This facility has my highest endorsement.
