| User Review - Jaime U | Bad hair extensions and poor customer serivce
I went in and got hair extensions completed in March 2008 and they didn't even last 3 weeks and I was in to see the owner 4 times to get them fixed or adjusted- after all that I had to remove them because they once again acted up and she was on vacation and no one else could help me. Because my hair is so short I couldn't afford to lose one without people noticing. I requested a refund because she said they would last 1 year and just need to be adjusted every 4 months because of hair growth. She was not willing to work with me with this request and basically told me I got what I paid for- including tip I spent over $900.00 and couldn't get them to stay in.
