I was called enroute to arrive a little late because the manicurist was going to be late. I waited over an hour for her to show! Then she was not very professional and did a sloppy job, didn't listen to the length of nail I wanted and nicked my skin a couple of times and dropped products and shattered one! I was forced to pay in full for services rendered and offered a coupon for 1/2 off next time on one service when I had purchased two (Manicure & Pedicure). Needless to say, my toenails were not even long enough to bother with within two months time.
