I've been looking for a new salon for quite some time, and Lisa Marie would theoretically be ideal since it's just around the corner from my home, but it was definitely not the solution. I also went in with the intention of inquiring about their bridal services, but I changed my mind the minute I walked through the door! The place looked filthy, their 2 white leather couches covered in hair dye, and the guy who did my hair was just siting on the couch texting. He was not very personable, anc in the hour and 45 min I was there we probably only spoke for 10'minutes. My ends trimmed, hair dyed and highlighted cost $140. I really like what he did, but for the customer service and experience, not to mention how disgusting the salon was kept, I will most certainly not be going back.

This salon is overrated. The salon is run down, dingy and the gray walls badly need a paint job. The ceiling near the shampoo bowls has a huge stain ... water damage? When was the last time this place was cleaned??? There was only one stylist there when I arrived. Jeffrey and his salon need a makeover. He spent more time on the phone talking to people who called rather than me, the customer. He never asked me how I liked to wear my hair or whether I wanted a new style. Maybe if he was a better stylist, I would not even bring up his jeans. He also should get a new pair of jeans ... the ones he was wearing had a gaping hole. I would never recommend this place to anyone. For the price, it would have been better to go to a discount salon. And the salon NO LONGER has tanning, though they advertise it.

I made an appointment at 4 and did not get seen until 5. The guy doing my hair was very distracted, he answered the phone several times and almost forgot about me. The prices on the website were different than what the price was when I got to the register. I paid $95 for a trim and a conditioning treatment. Needless to say, I was not happy with the service, cleanliness or the black hole that my money feel into. I could have left best cuts with the same results for $80 cheaper
