I was scheduled for a 9 AM appointment with Jeffrey. He lives there in the salon with his girlfriend. Both cars were out front. However, he never opened the door or answered my phone calls. He has been late before, however, this was the first time he never showed up at all. I waited for an hour. The place is dirty. He does do nice highlights. But I will never go back. I don't think he will be in business long, if he can't get out of bed for a 9 AM appointment.
