The receptionist was very unaccommodating. When I arrived she told me that the nail tech that was supposed to do our nails just didnt show up for work. And just left it at that! (They called 15 mins before our appt.) We drove an hour to get there. She pretty much just said to come back. Then another employee said she could "bust our pedi's out in an hour." She did 2 hot stone pedi's in 50 mins. The stones were boiling hot, the tech was high as a kite, she didnt trim, file, or buff our nails, and half way through she told us she doesnt even work there!! Her cousin owns the shop and she came in to help her out. 1111I could get past all that if our nails looked nice...but they dont. My polish is nowhere near the cuticle and she forgot to put topcoat on 2 of my toenails!! Worst spa experience ever. The only reason I feel bad complaining is because she was very nice - just did a poor job. I called my hometown salon to get them fixed.

My daughter and I come to Akron, OH to visit 4 mos. out of the year. We have no doubt where were going to get our minis and pedis. We'll go to K's Nail Bar and Spa every time. The atmosphere is amazing. We get the best service and the pretties nails in Akron. They offer many other services: Tanning beds, spray tans, Massages and a whole lot more. Give them a try. You'll love it. The prices are reasonable, too.

I bought 2 groupon deals. I gave one for a gift. First the sheets were not clean. The stones we so hot they were uncomfortable. She got a 37 minute massage instead of an hour which was okay because the stones were so hot. Then when I questioned the 15.00 tip for each massage (37 minutes) the receptionist Kristy said we could leave and not get the 2nd massage. Very unprofessional and rude. I asked for a manager or owner and she said she was the manager and she would not give me the owners information. A girl named tammy just stood behind her laughing the whole time. Very frustating but did get a refund from groupon
