I going to this laser center for treatment of my acne scars and tattoo removal on my finger.I'm happy with results that I see. Each time when I arrive before my appointment,I enjoying cup of green tea and spa like music.I really like the atmosphere there,it's very relaxing. Staff is very knowlagable and extremely friendly. I feel that I'm welcome there. Nothing to compare to my previous experience at another office where I went few months ago. Defenetely will recomend this place.

I came to the Laser Center of New York for tattoo removal. I had already endured 12 sessions of tattoo removal from a business in Syracuse with little results. I was extremely happy with the results from my four sessions (tattoo is completely gone) with Laser Center of New York. The ladies are friendly, professional, and truly knowledgeable. I wish I had come to them initially, I would have saved on time, money, and pain! I definitely recommend their services to anyone considering tattoo removal.

I recently had my underarm hair removed and I never thought it would be this easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for any type of laser treatment. The Technician and staff are very welcoming and hospitable. Everything is done in a timely fashion and the procedures are affordable, unlike many other places where you wait forever and pay insane amounts of money. The atmosphere at the Laser Center of New York is unbeatable. I LOVE the outcome of my treatments, and am considering having more work done! =D

I went for resurfacing to this place about a month back and the procedure left dark marks on my skin. I did go for a free consultation with Elena (the lady who performs the procedure) and she assured me that my skin will look much better and showed me some before and after pictures of her work and it seemed like she knew what she was talking about. She assured me that in the 7 years that she has been performing these procedures, she has never had anyone have a problem with her various treatments! I went back to see her today (a month after the resurfacing since I was told that's the time it takes for the skin to heal) but Elena was not only unapologetic she wants me to pay her for fixing the dark marks on my skin. I should have read the disclaimer they had me sign. I just believed everything she said during and after the consultation. Today she told me that I'm the first person in 7 years who is not happy with the result. Sounds hard to believe! I wouldn't recommend this place at all!

I was expecting average looking office when I come there for my consultation.I was really surprised how clean and beautiful is this place. Convenient parking lot,was easy get in and out.Great service and knowledgable staff.

From the moment you step into this beautiful facility you feel at ease. The relaxing, luxurious atmosphere sets this facility apart from every other in the area. Everyone who works here is so wonderful and friendly. Elena is great at what she does! You are truly in good hands. I have been going for tattoo removal treatments and am very happy with the results I am seeing.

Laser Center of New York is exactly the type of establishment I've been looking for for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Elena is, above all, professional - my issue requires a certain amount of tact, and I have never felt uncomfortable at Laser Center of New York. Her prices are competitive, and she offers plans that make paying easier. Definitely recommend!

I was told that I was the perfect candidate for laser hair removal, dark hair and light skin. I paid for 5 treatments and noticed NOTHING. The treatments were painful and I still have the exact same amount of hair that I did before. I might as well had thrown away the $400.00.

It only took me 5 minutes to be in and out with my treatment. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the 5 treatments that have removed my scar. It is as if it wasnt even there to begin with.
