I've NEVER had a bad experience and my hair stylist Jay is unbelievable!!! The friendliest, nicest person I've ever met. He always has the best suggestions for different hairstyles, I love it! I've recommended everyone I know to go there and they've all been pleased. I get compliments on my hair style anywhere I go.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I know how frustrating it can be when your hair dresser calls in sick, but my hair stylist has always called me when she was unavailable to take me appoint. But I always call the day of my appointment to confirm. I also enjoy getting my hair shampooed it's a lovely moment to sit down and relax. The new shampoo girl is lovely,very polite, and doesn't give you a "shower". I was very please on my last visit which was last week. I look foward to my future weekly blow outs with Bobby Dees. I have no complaints for the staff besides one or two but very minor. I would recommend anyone looking for lovely hair style to go to bobby dees. Its a quick but non rushed relaxing experience.

I went to Bobbydee's to try a different place and save a little cash.My girlfriend went to a certain male hairdresser that was recommended to me.I won't say names.He was very pushy and gave me attitude when I said I didn't like my foil.I wasn't trying to cause problems.I was explaining in a very nice matter what I wanted fix.He immeditely got nasty and told me if I don't like it to go somewhere else or somebody else.I was so offended I almost was in tears.Then he quoted I'm not a bad hairdresser.I wasn't even saying anything close to that.Also the owners and my girlfriend has said the same.They do NOT greet you at the door.I just felt very uncomfortable and I don't think I'll be going back any time soon!!!!

I've been a customer for approx. 6 years. I've brought 6-7 customers into the business including family members. The hairdressers are friendly and customer service oriented. However, the shampoo girl needs to go. She's either talking on her cell phone outside, applying makeup or fighting with one of the hairdressers. She shows no interest in the customer when shampooing their hair and if she's just had an argument, have your makeup comes off with the shampoo. She also has a foul mouth where everyone can hear everything she says. 3 of the people I brought in are no longer customers due to her mouth and the uninterest of the receptionist. It's a shame.
They also don't take phone numbers when you make an appt so, you may show up to your appt. only to find that your hairdresser has called out sick and they think they can't just put you with someone else.
It's soooo frustrating!
