| User Review - Anonymous A | Don't waste your money. Dee is a nasty, rude woman.
I went for a groupon, but will never go again. Dee was rude and not personal at all. She didn't try to create a comfortable environment and hardly spoke to me, even while I was trying to be friendly. She outright ignored me and chatted with other customers. What really made me angry was that she was doing upper highlights for me as well as another customer, and offered the other customer full highlights for an additional $6.00, but told me it would be $50.00 for me. She told the other girl that the groupon is a ripoff anyways and since she had thick hair that the full highlight would be a better option, although I had thicker hair than her and she never offered it for me. While the dye was setting, she did not communicate to tell me how long it would be and I sat for over an hour without any talking. To make matters worse, I think my hair looks terrible.
I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never go again.
