This was my first visit to shear ego. I needed an apt immediately and they were accommodating, as they had openings that same day. The girl cutting my hair was nice enough, but certainly not worth the $40+. I was marginally satisfied with my cut. Their waxing technician is another story. I was getting a bikini wax, and was not even informed that they use sugar until she was beginning. Not really a problem, but I don't really like surprises in the waxing room. She was awfully short with me and almost rude. She did a terrible job, my area was a mess of left behind hairs and a very fast, splotchy job. I didn't ask her to clean it up because honestly I did not want to spend any more time in that place. Her customer service was so poor I did not tip her. I couldn't bring myself to do it after such a disaster of a sugaring. And yes, I was sticky after. I will not be returning to shear ego. Not no way, not no how.
