Arlene Batz at Breier is the most knowledgeable electrologist I have been to and I am so grateful to have found her. She has been the only person who was able to end the misery I was experiencing with unwanted hair. After about 18 months of treatments, I no longer have the facial hair that was having a really bad impact on my life. All along the way, every time I had a question about skin or hair or the technology of hair removal, she welcomed my questions and always provided me with answers in lay terms. I still visit the office for an occasional 5 minute hair removal appointment and recently had the Breier Signature Facial and it was great. She took her time because she creates her own scheduling and gives a full 90 minutes or so for her facials which I have found to help me as I have a lot of blackheads to work on. I love this lady. She is a rare and generous spirit and feel that writing this testimonial is a way of thanking her.
