Tries to use inexpensive products when she can get away with it. Does not keep up with the latest techniques and technologies. Takes phone calls to schedule appointments with other customers during your visit. Cancels your appointments on short notice. Whatever you do, don't buy a series - she deducted a visit from my package by falsely claiming I was a no-show on a scheduled appointment with her (which was impossible as I had a long-scheduled vacation on that particular date and thus never would have made an appointment with her) - - don't trust her.
