Completeley awful. I had an updo done for my wedding along with my 5 bridesmaids. The man who did my hair was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. More importantly, he did a horrible job. My veil fell out during the ceremony. After the ceremony, lots of hairspray and bobby pins couldn't keep my hair up. My photographer ended up fixing my hair in all of the photos.
My aunt also had her hair done and the incompetant and insulting staff had a difficult time doing a french twist. It took 3 hair stylists to get it done.
