This isn't a spa I'd go back to again. Its beautiful inside, and while the girl who performed my facial was super nice, I walked out with wounds in my face after she was way too eager during extractions. She also lanced open a site on my face and it ended up scaring. Facialists aren't the same as dermatologists and should never be offering to lance open anything on a person's skin.
I would have complained and asked for my money back, but when I read reviews the next day that the owner of this salon is verbally abusive when you try and tell her about any negative experience you have, I opted out. Instead, please take my advice and look online at reviews before booking a salon service, or you'll pay a hefty price for damage to your skin, like I did.

I asked for a facial with extractions. I had clear skin with no inflammation when I went in and I walked out with two places where the facialist broke open my skin. She didn't steam properly, did not use gloves during the extraction. The hour service left me looking like I had a break out where she tore my face. Other reviews have clients stating that their complaints fall on deaf ears, so I wont be going back and I certainly will not be calling to let them know why I wasnt happy.
I should have looked closer at reviews before booking, hopefully you will, too.
