Great Gym... This is the first time in my life that I have ever stayed with an exercise program.
It is all because of Steve, the owner. This is a place to exercise for the long haul. It is easy to make a commitment. You can walk in at any time, no time requirements, and no yearly fees. I feel as though I have a personal trainer. Steve is a patient, experienced teacher with a great sense of humor, the time flies by because of the atmosphere. He is a real professional. The atmosphere is very serious yet friendly. There are always interesting people popping in. I will always feel lucky to have found my training home. I never thought I would look forward to exercising, but because of Steve I do.
