| User Review - Joan K | They look good at first, but never seem to get it right.
The service and results are middling. They never seem to fully understand what you are asking for and are very limited in experience, scope, and aesthetic sensibility--clearly not classic or polished enough if you need a professional look. Even if you get an OK cut, their shirt sleeves knock into your face during an uncomfortable shampoo,they don't blow it dry correctly and you land out coming home and re-doing it. Futhermore, a hairdresser there has serious mood swings.
