I went to get my hair done. He was very pleasant but he mixed products. I did a Jeri curl and he took forever to get it done. He said my hair needed a trim. I said please don't take off too much and I showed him the most that I expected him to cut. He agreed but when it was finished so was half of my length. It is only then he spoke about the dye in hair etc. This should have been discussed prior. Beware of hairdressers who love turning you away from the mirror! I'm now walking around with an old lady's haircut!
